platform

2. You have obtained proper consent from your patients to contact them via SMS and email

3. You are authorized to share their information with us for the purpose of review generation and communication
4.Ensuring that your use of our services complies with PIPEDA and any provincial privacy regulations
5. Avoiding the submission of personal data for which you do not have legal consent or authority
6. You will not upload or use any data that was collected without proper consent, or in violation of privacy laws

Trust Repute is not liable for any misuse, unauthorized upload, or non-compliance on the part of the client.

Any penalties, claims, or violations that result from improper data handling or non-compliant practices will be the full responsibility of the client.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is ever 100% secure. By using our service, you acknowledge this risk.
