Terms and Conditions - Trust Repute

Welcome to Trust Repute. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trust Repute platform and services ("Service"). By signing up, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Trust Repute (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an automated review management system for clinic owners and wellness providers to help them generate and manage Google reviews through SMS and email automation.

2. Eligibility and Scope

You must be a licensed business or authorized representative of a clinic, wellness center, or healthcare practice located in Canada to use our services.

You represent that:

1. You are authorized to act on behalf of the business account you register with

2. You have obtained valid consent from patients to be contacted through SMS and/or email for review-related communicatio

3. You are compliant with all applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA

3. Service Description

Our platform automates:

1. Review request messages via SMS and email

2. Personalization of review requests using submitted assets (e.g. clinic owner photo, front desk staff photo, team photos)

3. Review response generation on behalf of your clinic
4. Review activity reporting and analytics via dashboard access

We do not promise ranking improvements on Google, nor do we influence, modify, suppress, or gate reviews in a way that violates Google’s Terms of Service.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that:

1. You are solely responsible for uploading or syncing accurate and consented patient data
2, You will not use our system to contact individuals who have not explicitly agreed to receive communication from your clinic
3. You will not impersonate, misrepresent, or submit false information through our platform

Trust Repute is not responsible for legal or regulatory issues that arise due to the client’s misuse of patient data or non-compliance with privacy regulations.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (available at privacy policy ) explains how we collect, use, and store personal information. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but we do not guarantee that our platform will be free from security breaches. You use the platform at your own risk.

6. Billing and Payments

Plans are billed monthly in US dollars (USD). All pricing is available on our website. You authorize us to automatically charge your saved payment method unless you cancel prior to the next billing cycle.

We do not issue partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting our support team. Access will continue until the end of your billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

1. You violate these Terms

2. You misuse the platform in a way that puts our business, partners, or reputation at risk

3. Required payments are not received after reasonable notice

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including software, branding, design, and original copy — belongs to Trust Repute or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

You retain ownership of your clinic’s content (e.g. photos, logos, messages) but grant us a license to use it for service delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

2. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from incorrect data uploads, unauthorized access to your account, or third-party platform changes (such as Google’s algorithm or policies)

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
