At Trust Repute, we aim to provide simple, effective, and results-driven review automation for clinics and wellness businesses. Our platform is offered on a monthly subscription basis with no long-term contracts, giving you flexibility and full control.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued.


1. No Refunds for Partially Used Billing Cycles

All plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Because services are delivered digitally and resources are allocated immediately, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.


2. First-Time Users – Free Trial

We offer a free trial for new users so you can experience how Trust Repute works before committing to a paid plan. This trial is designed to give you the opportunity to evaluate the platform fully. Once you move to a paid plan, billing begins immediately and is non-refundable.


3. Billing Errors

If you believe you've been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge by emailing [email protected]. We’ll investigate the issue and make any appropriate corrections or refunds.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not trigger a refund for the current cycle.


5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to offer refunds or credits in specific situations at our sole discretion. This includes platform errors, billing failures, or service outages that materially impacted your access.
